Why I Think John Brown is a Murderer

He went on a rampage in the south and killed a lot of people with his five sons willing to die for his cause. They hoped that slaves would join their rebellion but it did not work and they were trapped by the marines and the southerners. I think he is a murderer and not a martyr because he killed lots of people and slavery is not really a religious thing. He was convicted of treason and that led to death. On December 2nd, 1860 John Brown was executed. He was an extreme abolitionists which means that he was against slavery. This rebellion started in Virginia where he got trapped in the arsenal by the southerners and the United States Marines. In my opinion he was not a martyr, he was just a murderer because how he went about slavery.

  1. I respectfully disagree, but I can see why people would think that he is a murderer
